“The Journal of Prosthetic Rehabilitation”, the official publication of the Nagpur IPS branch, has been launched in 2019, published once in a year. The journal isproviding a platform to all IPS members  of the Prosthodontic fraternity in the Vidarbha Region to showcase their work in the field of research and various fields of prosthodontic rehabilitation procedures. The Journal welcomes submissions from the national as well as international academic Prosthodontic professionals and conforms to open access policy and provides access to full-text content immediately upon publishing.

The Journal as always remains committed to providing a platform for the postgraduate students and faculty to publish their work and aims to cover all spheres in the subject of Prosthodontics. It is dedicated to support the development of newer researchers, offering publication opportunities in removable, fixed, implants, maxillofacial, TMJ, smile design  and digital Prosthodontics.

The editorial board invites and support the proposals for topics of the utmost relevance to the field of Prosthodontics including multi-disciplinary extents. The Guest editorial focuses on the applications of Research in the field of Prosthodontics and also opens a plethora of newer avenues for the budding as well as the experienced Prosthodontists alike.

Authors are strongly encouraged to consult the “Instructions for the authors”and also “Copyright forms” for guidance to prepare manuscripts and information on how to submit the articles.

The Journal of Prosthetic Rehabilitationgives platform to publish evidence-based articles with comprehensive methodology of in-vitro / in-vivo research, clinical application and discussion of relevant professional issues. The Journal’s vision is to promote excellence in Prosthodontics and a range of disciplines and specialties of allied areas. The main focus is to get it indexed by continuous development with latest knowledge and information of high standards.

ABOUT THE JOURNAL

The Journal of Prosthetic rehabilitation is a peer reviewed open access e-journal published on behalf of Indian Prosthodontic Society, Nagpur Branch. Articles on Complete Denture Prosthodontics, Removable Partial Denture Prosthodontics, Fixed Partial Denture Prosthodontics, Implantology, Maxillofacial Prosthodontics, Occlusion, Aesthetics and Materials used in Prosthodontics will be published in this journal. Journal will be published in April, August and December of every year.

AIM OF THE JOURNAL

“The Journal of Prosthetic Rehabilitation” aims to provide the readers sufficient resources of scientific knowledge through the publication of peer-reviewed, high quality, scientific papers, which aids to develop new suggestions and provide a basis on which new scientific inventions and developments are created.

SCOPE OF THE JOURNAL

This journal is an attempt to inculcate scientific writing amongst the postgraduate students. It is an endeavour to avail them with a platform to hone their writing skills, and to present the hard work they put in for prosthetic rehabilitation in various patients. This journal will showcase a myriad of original research, review articles and case reports/ case series. This benefits not only the post graduate students and authors, but also speeds up the social transfer of the knowledge produced and improves its use by the of scientific community. We would like to include and encompass multiple dimensions of prosthetic rehabilitation in our future issues and publications and in the process will always strive to better ourselves in all aspects.
